7-12????

has anyone ever used a skat 7-12? i came across one pretty cheap and was just wondering if anybody has any feedback on it. it looks like a swirl 7-12.

Make sure it fits your pump. To my knowledge Skat only made a 7-12 for 155mm pumps.

Or somebody could have turned it down to 144mm.

I don't think it would work very well as a 144.

I seriously doubt it will work with a small hub. If it had a big hub, you might have a chance. If you decide you want to try it, put it on after the ski has been tuned properly. Otherwise it will be hard to tell what's a carb problem and what's the prop slipping.
