6M6 Motor, 62T Stator & Flywheel, 61X CDI...Will it work?

The ski is a 1990 650 with a 6M6 motor.
I took off my front cover to take a look at the stator to see if there was water in there causing my irradic spark issue and I found a couple weird things. 1st there was some water and lots of corrosion and rust. I cleaned it up.

I started looking at the flywheel and noticed it didnt have the notches in between the magnets. I looked up the flywheel I have and it's off a 62T, it's smooth inside. The stator is off a 62T also. The CDI in the ebox says 61X on it. Will this pieced together combo work OK on a 6M6 motor?

Yeah it's working right now, I just thought I remembered reading somewhere that the 62T put out more voltage and on a 650 it would take more revolutions to put out spark. Can't find the thread. Anyone run this setup for any length of time?
