650sx troubles

it starts perfect but only runs for 1-2 seconds and dies. not fuel related because carb clean does not make it run any longer. 135psi on both cylinders, held start button for 20 seconds and spark looks good on both wires Flywheel key? stator? coil? wiring problem? thanks for any help

Just because you blew out the jets does not mean the carbs are clean. Take them apart, be sure everything is properly cleaned, check the internal fuel filter, test the carbs before putting them back on. Reinstall. Try turning up the idle a tad and richening up the low end.

Other things could be the problem but I would make sure the fuel system is absolutely perfect on a ski that fires off.

Read my reply to similar post stator coil causes this fault
First test get a plug tester one that glows when it sparking That way if the light cuts when the engine cuts you know it's electrical
