I dont really know too much about them but im building one with a buddy and we were curious to know if its possible to buy or what to use for the outside black upholstery currently its all shot. didnt know if there was a trick or if we should just pull it off anf paint it as well thanks.
im taking about the hood trim in the back really.

It can be pulled off but it is incredibly difficult. It is held on but some really strong glue. I ended up breaking mine when removing them and had to pick up a new set.
