650sx handlebar pole removal

I broke the pivit-point bracket for the handlebar pole. All the cables and wires from the handlebars go through it, so i need to take the cables and wires off to get it out. Any help? I can't tell if i remove them from the hull or the hull. Any advice? Thanks

Unbolt the pole and slide it off the cables, or remove the cables and then the pole. Pole bolt can be increadibly difficult to remove
