I've got everything to do the swap. A pump which i bluprinted ( not the best job but pretty good for my first time id say), solas prop KA65, zxi driveshaft, modded driveshaft housing with new bearings, stubby cone,x2 steering nozzle and reduction nozzle (just missing the trim ring)

Looking to get 275 shipped. Will post pictures tonight

I also have a aluminum reduction nozzle, which i could add for extra $$
