62T or 61X with crank 6mm stroke

I begin to build a new engine i have 2 cylinders block, 62T and 61X
the 62T is a 785cc and the 61X is a 760cc
both have a nice porting
i want good overall performance for freeride
i need to choice between 2 44mm carb or one fullspectrum 49mm
any advise ?

I know with the sweet 4 and 5mm stroker kits sold on here he recommends 62t cylinders due to port timing with the kit but 61x will work. Personally I'd go with 62t and dual 44's.
