Second time out in the ocean today on the blaster. After about 10 minutes of riding the ski looses power and sounds likes its running very rich. At first I thought it was an electrical issue because earlier in the season I had no problems while running on fresh water. I thought something was getting wet with salt water and messing with the ignition. I pulled open the ebox to find a bunch of salt/corrosion. I got a new gasket on there with a light coating of grease, same problem. It really seems electrical to me but it just feels/sounds like the ski gets really rich. Should I pull off the flywheel cover and see if its getting wet in there? The carb was rebuilt last season and I have JSS plug wires and boots so they are staying dry. If I let the ski sit for an hour or so it runs fine (something might dry out?) then if I ride it for a bit and get it wet inside, it comes back.

I think you have an electrical problem, not a carb issue.
"Souns like its running very rich" is exactly what it sounds like when one cylinder stops firing. Everything you describe says electrical.
It's possible that the carb goes rich if the needle and seat stick open.
Run it in freshwater and see if you get the same problem after 10-15 minutes.

I don't have access to fresh water at the moment as I am living at the Jersey shore for the summer. So could it be my plug wires again, maybe coil going bad? Would water getting in the sator/flywheel cover cause this problem. I just pulled the plugs, front cyl plug is black with deposits, rear cyl is coffee colored.

Yes on both accounts.
You might try putting some dielectric grease on the inside of the plug boots.

sounds electrical but might want check exhaust system. If you had a hose that heated up and kinked it could be blocking up your motor and making it act like its running rich. I would keep looking into the electrical problems.

Well the grease didn't help. Still haven't had time to pull the front cover. Is it necessary to have the plug wire support on the head? I called JSS about sending my coil back.
