It depends what you are looking for. 61x has port timing which lends itself well to low end power. 62t cylinders offer better top end. Either can be ported to move the powerband to an extent.
In stock form...aka without porting work, the 61x cylinder will be better for freestyle even though the 62t has more displacement. However, if you're going to spend money and get it professionally ported, the 62t cylinder will be better in the right hands.

Not all 62t cylinders are 760's. There are 701 AND 760 versions.
