61x Carb jets and needle starting point

Looking for a starting point for a 61x 701 with b pipe. as of right now it wont run worth poo and barley starts.
everything I read and found has been differant or a dual carb setup.

Currently it has a
-135 main
-115 pilot
- 1 5/8 high needle
- 1 5/8 low needle
- spring is unknown


Any help would be great

Start here from factory pipe instructions:


Main Jet : 145


Pilot Jet : 120

High speed screw : 12 turns out from closed

Low speed screw : 2 2 turns out from closed


Needle & Seat : Stock

Spring : 95 gram

18-20 psi pop off(use the correct spring to achieve this number) usually the black spring
