46mm dual mikuni carb jetting, ported cylinder and crank case

just scored my jetmaniac 735, getting bored and honed to 760 now.
I have laying around a ported and epoxied crank case and dual 46mm mikuni carbs and manifold.
I'm thinking of putting the jetmaniac ported cylinder with ported crank case and the dual 46's together to chase some more power? Thoughts anyone?

I'm qurious of the jetting people have had good success with?

Supporting mods are:
Ada head
Msd enhancer
Light end fly wheel
Solas 11/17
Ported cases (epoxied)
Jetmaniac blue ported cylinder
Bpipe ported to 50mm header

Don't forget if ur boring the cylinder to 84mm which is 760cc you have to replace the domes. Also jetmaniac has jetting specs for dual 46s.

Thanks blue, I'm guessing you did the porting for me. I did pay the extra for your special sleeve cutting/porting very nice job by the way! I have a few cylinders that have been ported laying around and yours are the tits!! By far!

Check! I got 760 Ada domes 37cc I think.

I measured the bottoms of the carbs looks like dual 46's if you know thought jet specs that would be great. I think the ported cases and the 46's would complement your port work nicely!

Thank you. And yes i port and build all the engines. Yes it should let the cylinder flow even better depending on the porting of the cases. I used 2.3 needle and seat. 110 main jet and 120 pilot. I used this set up on a 781 BB and an 850 so it may be a tiny bit to much but it will give you a good starting point. If it's to rich you can go down one jet size.

Well then that's where I'll start, was that just stock mikuni 46's?
What size spring and pop off were you running?
And was that with factory air box?
Sorry for the questions but they can make a bit of difference that's all.

I actually bought 2 of your 735cc motors. One is still in my other ski runs flawlessly!

I don't recall the pop off but jetmaniac probably has it written down if u want to ask him as well. I was running aftermarket flame arresters
