The 650 has to use its own pipe and ignition, and if your going to go this route I would definatly use a MSD total loss ignition and find a Coffman pipe. I used this setup back in the early 90's before graduating to a superjet and after porting and matching the cylinder and cases, milling the head down, swappinig in dual 44 mikuni's, reeds and getting it proped right was hitting 51 mph which was alot back then.
