300/440/550 300sx cooling question

I bought my 1990 300sx last week and im in the process of getting it running. yesterday i noticed the pisser is disconnected. It has a kerker pipe and the hoses all stay connected to the pipe. Shouldnt there be a tee in the hose to allow some water out through the pisser?

Disconect the whole motor and put some big power in there like a 701, I have been wanting to do that swap for a while now, short, light and powerfull...:sneaky:
