650/X-2 300/650 conversion build.

im wondering if i can run a 650 on a 300 pump or if i need to swap it out with another pump. and if so what size pump should i get.

You might be able to find a SX w/o a title for pennies, cut the bottom out of both and fiberglass the SX bottom (pump and motor area) into the 300 hull. I have not done this and I do not know if it will work, but it is an idea you could look into.

Runeblade has a junk x2 he wants to unload, perhaps he could cut the pump tunnel out for you.

That would be nice. I will get ahold of him and see if he wants too. Otherwise I will just have to buy a 650 pump and glass it in.
