24/7 scupper diameter?

I've got a 24/7 scupper coming in a couple days, but I want to get most of this install out of the way while I have the engine out. Anyone have any idea what diameter PVC I need to get?

Jerry---I am sure that the 24-7 Scupper uses 2" PVC pipe, unless there have been changes that I am unaware of. You can install and seal the pipe before the scupper gets to you.

2" I think is what i used for mine

2", you can use 1-1/2" if you want though.

I can't think of any valid reason to use 1 1/2" for a scupper install.

The 2" will flow ALOT more water.

i used 2"... i would not drill the back hole without the valve if thats what your thinking of doing

call them at 24/7 and they will give you the accual dimentions. the hole i cut for mine was 2 1/2" to fit the 2" PVC which is just about 2 1/2" OD. the scupper itself is 4" in diameter. i had the PVC installed way before i had the scupper and it turned out just fine.

LBE called and hooked me up with dimensions......I called 24/7, they didn't answer, and I'm starting this tonight.

The 2" pipe will flow 77% more water versus the 1.5" pipe. Go with the 2".
