yeah, nice color combos. Are they illegal to ride now on the water as a new craft? "closed course only"? I know the motor doesn't pass emission in CA, but what about everywhere else?

not illegal. the 2013's say the same thing but i was told by the dealership that is only so that yamaha doesnt have to offer any sort of warrantee. I registered mine just fine and have ridden lakes in colorado, utah, and wyoming all year with zero issues from law enforcement.

My local dealer just got on in on Wednesday still in the crate. Same as the 2008, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13. It has BNG same OME ski. They plan on showing at the local boat shows this winter. I was going to grab a 2013 as a dealer in my area has two in-stock for $7,400.00. However If found a clean 08 for $5500.00. Registration in MN is a non issue.
