Doing this boat on the side for a buddy of mine.

2000 SJ all stock

Hull

REV footholds
Diamond turf
Trim tube installed
Clearence the hull for a trim system
Trim excess material off the rails
Smooth out the bottom of the rails for comfortable and safe grip
Defoam and refoam
Seal up all lines and hoses through hull
Install bilge pump and outlet

Motor

Riva ported cylinder
Factory B-pipe w/ mod chamber
Riva intake manifold and reed spacer
MSD enhancer
LPW lightened stock flywheel
Dual Riva 48mm Powerbomb carbs
Prok flame arrestors
Riva girdled head
Primer installed

more pics..........still have some glassing and sanding to do but it is for the most part done. Now just needs foam!

Who makes that trim system? Any reviews on it?

Virgin waterworks.......he also helped design the Wamilton's trim system. I have not run it yet but it yeilds about 35 degrees of throw. The nozzle is a protec nozzle that I had jet-hot coated

Turf is done! Now I have to do it to a X-jet :banghead: :haha: Turfing wears me out!!
