The only thing I can think of is if the oil injection is still on there, maybe drain the tank out and clean it occasionally and/or if switching oil brands!!!!!!


But, then again, premix is the best!!!!!!

Whereas I would fill the flywheel housing with fresh tcw3 to ensure proper bendix movement and flywheel spinnage.

Well hate I to bust anyone's bubble...but the Ulra 150 Kaw 1200 motors have a oil bath in the front cover for the starter clutch and the counter-balancer gears...

there are a ton of newbs on there asking questions like that....yiou just want to ask.....are you serious?

it lot like all these rules to protect our kids nowdays...how did we survive without them.....how did i learn to build motors when i was a kid with out the internet?.....i dont know.....a manual.

Was just going to say that.... Also SeaDoo's, 800's and smaller, have oil baths for the rotary shaft.
