Super Jet 1990 650 w/intake and Sizzler pipe, what Carb Settings?

I have a 1990 650 that I just got back together from a top end rebuild, it was a 701 setup and I took it back to stock for reliability after the top end went.
I am wondering what jets and settings my carb should be at.
It has a steel mesh cone intake filter and a coffman Sizzler pipe.

I've read that the carb settings for a 701 with a Sizzler are roughly the same as a B-Pipe.
