Super Jet 1990 650 Superjet Coffman Sizzler Dual Cooling water routing

Hi guys,
I have a stock 650 topend setup, 1/8" pisser line on head is blocked off, only 3/8" outlet open.
The exhaust is a coffman Sizzler, I have a sealed gasket blocking water jackets from exhaust header to the exhaust pipe as advised in other threads and install sheet.
The ski is setup with dual cooling inlets, so can you guys tell me if this water routing is correct?
I have a second pisser outlet but dont believe I need it now that I swapped back to stock from an aftermarket dual cooled head (one 3/8" outlet from head going to that second pisser).

that will work but id tap the head for dual cooling lines out. you will get the rear cylinder cold and the front will stay hot otherwise.

besides that it would work. except off the headpipe we block one of the 3 fittings, and have one line out, that T's and goes to the pisser/stinger, but it does the same thing with higher flow how you have it.

I just got a new gasket from jet maniac that seems to have been designed to even out the cooling flow to the head from cylinder jackets.
Has smaller openings on the side with outlet port and larger ones on the opposite side, this encourages equal flow to the outlet.
Also has two 1/8" holes on at the front side of gasket, and one 1/8" hole at the rear. Seems to be to balance flow front and rear since the outlet is closer to the rear.

With this in mind I think I will keep the head stock, tapping a second outlet could disrupt the flow and cause the very thing your talking about.

That routing will work, but the Coffman instructions have things set up a tad bit differently. Your line off the head would go the the 90 degree fitting at the front of the head pipe, and the fitting from the rear of the head pipe would flow to the stinger. The straight fitting on the front of the head pipe is your pisser line. It is actually 1/4", not 3/8" so you could get a thicker water line if you wanted to.
