300/440/550 1989 js 440. I need help!

I have a 1989 js 440 an I'm having problems keeping it running. It will start up an idle for about 10-15 seconds an then it dies like its not getting fuel. I've cleaned the carb an I have done everything I know to do. Has anyone had this problem or knows how to fix it? I want to ride tomorrow! Haha

Try running it with the choke partially on. If it runs better / longer then, the carburetor might still have a gummed up (restricted ) jet. Also remove fuel line from carb input, stick it in a can and blow into the tank. All that takes is about 1 psi and fuel should flow freely out of that hose.
