I have a stock 08 and have a b-limited pipe,flame arrestors,pump cone,new bars ,primer kit and foot holds coming. I want more low end than anything as I am 230lbs and more into jumping, recreational riding,frestyle type riding. What head would you rec. for pump gas but more power and any other suggestions , also what about carb tuninh will I need to go bigger on jetting mains/pilots ? Thanks for the help this ski is bone stock and needs more power but still a blast !!

what prop are you running? If a stock prop(good for racing since its finally stainless), then a impros hooker impeller will suit your needs well!!!!
Yes stock prop, I though people were saying thats a good prop especially for a stock one ? What pitch would I go to ? As long as the ski can do 45 I am happy as I rarely run wide open.
You might want to consider getting an ADA girdled head with domes to make 180-185 psi compression. You will have to run 93 octane gas but the power increase will be good. If you really want more power you can get the cyl ported and run bigger carbs with a set of aftermarket reeds to improve flow in the engine. I have a friend that bought a new 08 and immediatley bought a B pipe, girdled head and Novi 48mm carbs. He had it freestyle ported and is running 225 psi on 110 octane fuel. It runs very strong and he is running the stock prop. He spent a bunch of money up front but it runs like a raped ape.
Does ada head bolt right on without touching or having to remove cylinders,etc ? Any advis eon who has good prices on them ? I definatly want to put atleast a good head on there so any opinions are helpful and ada seem to be good. Thanks !
