does the engine need to come out for this? it looks like a tight fit. also do i need the plastic coupler cover or can i just leave it off?

im pretty sure it did, i think this weekend ill put the old prop on and see if the problem still occurs. one thing just came to mind, I didnt have the spline tool so i went mid evil on the midshaft with clamps and such. ended up geting the spline tool, but could i have messed up the midshaft...

solas yb-cd-13/17 its what was recomended for my ski by their website.....

After i put a solas prop on my 701 rn, it bogs down if i hit the throttle. but if keep blipping it its normal. is this just a tuning issue? and if so which screws should be turned and how much. no matter how much i read about tuning carbs i can never fully understand the concept of tuning...
