At the bottom of the chamber there is a 90° fitting.. What should be done with this? It is not included in the dry pipe instructions write up.

Need to replace the destroyed side rails that were on my SXR. Not a fan of how hydro turf looks on these skis. TBM makes a roll of self adhesion backed race bumpers. Anyone have these or used them? Just wanna know if they work and look decent.
