for the longest time since i got the ski basically, i would notice drips from where the drive shaft goes into the mid-shaft for days even weeks after not riding so much that the aluminum on my ski cart was rusting in that spot under the ski. i thought my ski was water logged and could not find...

i had the same issue and wished i saw this before. i drilled and tapped . this would have been much easier and less thrown wrenches and profanity . i'm definitely going to remember this one for the future im sure its not going to be my last broken bolt isn't salt water the best.......

thanks everyone for taking the time to reply . as i was removing the exhaust i came across this gasket thats filled in everywhere except a pen head hole this certainly is not oem is it? im in the process of ordering replacement gaskets and looking at the pictures i don't think i have seen this...
