The Hip hook from aletha health works very well too. I bought it the last time I had sciatica and herniated discs. The focus on the lower back PT wasn’t fixing my issues either and using the hip hook helped me out a ton.

Was reminiscing about my phazer today. Ripped a few of the scoots around though. I only rode my phazer maybe 3/4 times and it needed more attention.
