Well the problems been found…. Is it repairable? +5mm stroker

So tried a brand new genuine Yamaha coil still no better on the hose. Getting a lot more steam then I remember and it blew a hole in a pulse line

So carbs cleaned, new plugs just testing on the trailer still not right. one pull revs up crisp next time sounds like it’s stumbling along

61x new stator with MSD enhancer. Put new plugs in but no difference. Carbs are coming off. To check stator means pulling motor out

Yes they all turn free and could put welding wire through them

Oh I played with the screws in and out everywhere best I got was 20 seconds of joy. Guess the carbs are coming off tomorrow. Only 20 hours on this build

Superjet based dasa 850 with mikuni 46s Pre lock down was running mint all the power. 4 weeks later take it out to the surf and no bottom end. Go full throttle wait 3 seconds, it builds up then goes nuts pump can’t hold it. Or hold it wide pump gets a touch of air and full power can’t hold on...
