Well it's been a while since i have posted but I'm pretty much done! Hit the water this weekend and it ripped! Going to get some custom graphics on the way at some point but right now I'm going to focus on riding it! Jettrim killed this seat cover and Chris Scudder's 3d printed parts cleaned it...
Finally found some time to start laying carbon on the bottom. Few coats of epoxy and back to sanding some more. Wish i could have done 1 big piece but laying that would have been impossible with only 2 hands

I know a few guys that have had this issue. They removed it all, cleaned it up well and re-filled it with Devcon. Not sure how safe the JB weld would be there. Imagine some more guys will chime in

Call the ski clinic and see if they have any laying around. I bought one used from them for my C3. Just a single heel lock and i love it.

Got 80% of the carbon laid down and 3 coats of epoxy over.. time to sand it all smooth and hopefully the final top coat of clear epoxy.. then a light sanding and clear coat.. and after that i get to flip it upside down and start the process all over again!
