We were riding by the bear mountain bridge. I live in Hopewell Jct not to far from newburgh. Do you launch out by Gullys?
make sure you run a restrictor in the stinger end of the chamber. I made my own by drilling a 1/16 th hole in a primer plug for a carb. This helps out bigtime for responsiveness. As long as you have an aluminum waterbox and not a old squarenose fibeglass one.

It depends on what kind of carbs the plates are for. Novi and full spec use different throttle plates. The novi holes are off center and I think you can only get them from tim at novi. (unless this has changed, my carbs are a couple of years old.)Full spec uses regular mikuni throttle plates...
I think the 48 novi's are the best. I run these in my superstock with M-16's. In my other ski I have a set of Mikuni dual 44's. I think if you have the money to spend then buy a set of novi's. For freestyle you can't beat the performance and money value of a set of Mikuni 44's.
That is just...
Yeah, if you use the 650 bearings you do not have to run the thrust washers. They are wider. This is what group K reccomends. This is what I run on all my motors.
I have a hydraulic trim system. It was off of one of Eric Malone's superjets. Back when he used superjets. It used a Magura lever and perch With a SJ steering cable. If anybody wants some pics I can get them over the weekend.
I run the XFT scupper and have had no problems with it. It dumps out extremely quick. I have 2 bilges in the ski and I don't really need two becuase it works so well. When the ski is in the water it doesn't really leak.I like the XFT. Here is a pic.
I have a R&D billet girdled and a riva girdled on 2 different superjets. I like my R&D better than the riva. The only problems with the R&D is money and I think that 760 domes don't fit in a 701 shell. Both of these heads are way more expensive than the ADA. I think for the money and perfromance...
I hope this helps. I can take some more pics tommorow for you or some measurements if you need it.But I think this pipe should clear the powervalves since R&D made those cylinders and I think this was the pipe Jacobs ran on his ski.
I run a R&D dry pipe with the water injection and it makes good low end power. My motor has 205 psi. I have yet to have a problem with this pipe. I love the power. This is on a ported 61x cylinder. I have heard about problems with cracking but not experienced any. I can sed you some pics if you...
