    MSD Total Loss Question

Just an update on this, I ended up using very small washers to get the air gap back within spec and I put 2 new pickups on the stator plate. Went for a ride and did not skip a beat!

    Pitch Components Trim Bolt

It's the trim ring to the reduction nozzle. I was planning on just buying a bolt at a hardware store and taking it to a machine shop to reduce the diameter of the head unless you have a link to one that will work that I can order?

    Pitch Components Trim Bolt

One of the two bolts used to attach the trim nozzle to the reduction nozzle on my pitch. Components trim fell out and I am needing a replacement. I reached out to pitch a couple days ago but haven’t gotten a response yet and I’m wanting to get back on the water ASAP. Does anybody have one...

    MSD Total Loss Question

Question #1: I have been having a MSD issue where it runs good for a minute and then drops a rear cylinder randomly and then gets back up and running again etc. I checked my air gap and noticed it was just a little bit higher than it should be. Could this cause occasional cylinder dropping or...

    Surface rust on bearing cage

Couldn't tell you what kind of grease, I purchased the motor pre-assembled. I will say when I removed the old seals, there wasn't a ton of grease in between the 2 rear seals.

    Surface rust on bearing cage

Hi all, I took apart my motor Dasa 1100 with 10mm crank due to a very slight front crank seal leak. While apart, I noticed what appears to be some light surface rust on the rear ball bearing cage. It looks worse in the picture due to the flash, as you can see if you zoom in the balls have zero...

    Engine SOLD TPE 1021 +4mm

TPE 1021cc, which to my understanding is the 964 with a +4mm stroke crank. Built by P&P Performance (Phil Clemmons) a couple of summers ago. It was completely rebuilt by P&P last summer and has barely been ridden since. I live at 5000 feet elevation, and have 2 sets of domes, for pump gas use...
