@WFO Speedracer ok ski is running, seems good. I dropped to an 80g spring, I think my other carb had a 1.5/95, but it's a 300 so prob close enough. I felt the 1.2/95 at 65psi pop is too high. Last question, do you have a starting point on the H/L adjustment? I'm at 1.25 low and .5 high..

I had it hooked to the hose and ran prob 5-10mins today, after work I'm gonna hook it back up and see if I can run it a lot longer, maybe it needs to be blown out. Everything seems like it should be on point. Any suggestions on high and low speed screws?

Good to know on the pulse. The one way is new and so is the primer. It's a USA made primer if that means anything anymore. Pop off should be ok too right? I figure that engine vibrates so much the seat might have been dribbling, but with 95g spring and a 1.2, that's prob 65psi, so shouldn't be...

Hey @WFO Speedracer , got this 300 together, went to start it, immediately flooded, had to crank raw gas out a bit, started, smoked like a mofo, super rich on the bottom, boggy, just nasty, will only run if the throttle is WFO. Any advice on where to start? I know my sons other 300 is on point...

I say leave the 300sx as is..if you want a freestyle hull, buy one haha

Go figure didn't know that. I'm building this JS300 for my niece and have a finished 300sx for my son. Both are young (12 and 10) so figure a 300 is a good first ski.

WFO, awesome info. I wasn't sure if the WR500 venturi size was different from other SBN38's like one off a Seadoo. Do you know what throttle plate is needed?

I could do a sbn38 and could prob figure out jetting
