My GPS reads 28 MPH with the current set-up. I will consider an impeller swap this winter. I may try a larger cooling hose and fittings to the overboard pisser. On a recent river trip I discovered that it burns about four gallons an hour.

The 750 motor and electric box has been installed since 2007. Everything works fine but was concerned about too much restriction using the original 650 exhaust.

I am using the 40mm Kiehin but kept the original Jetmate 650 exhaust system. Will an 800 SXR exhaust fit in the Jetmate hull without cutting the hull? What impeller would be best for this set-up?
