Those settings on the screenshot were not entered by me its what comes up on the screen when first opening the software I have installed and programmed quite a few of these , but was getting the error message when clicking on read this time With a previous zeel install , I got the error...

Yes that should be repaired with epoxy to get a good base gasket seal , however you need to look elsewhere for the cause of runaway condition because a base gasket leak will not do it .

This is my 3rd year using TS2 ignition and it has been bullet proof. Never experienced any hard starting or kickback. So good that I put one on a 2nd SJ.

I use box end wrenches on the prop / shaft tools. No open end wrenches or the will slip. And most often have to stand on the pipe to get it to go. Give it a bounce with full weight. M20 LH die to clean up the shaft threads.

Heat prop with torch and use 4' pipes on the wrenches for leverage. May have to stand on one of the pipes. Also remember prop has left hand threads.

Weld it.

Only reason I bothered to reply is I hate to see bad information posted. It is a myth that crank seal leak will cause lean running. That is all I will say.

Leaking cases or crank seals will cause motor to run rich , not lean . Air leak would have to be between reeds and carbs to cause lean running .

These pipes are the real deal. I feel very lucky to have gotten one of the first chambers made . It is a work of art and with it my ski is ripping off the line like never before. More bottom end and midrange as well as a lot more rpms and top end power.
