Need foam?.... that's a matter of opinion really and we could have a endless debate with pros and cons. What I really NEED to do is fix the 6 inch crack beside the ride plate, and down the side from the hood seal to the bond line. I know of many skis in the area with no faom they run awesome...

Did some glass work on the rocker the other day and laid up a sheet on some acrylic to pop off and use to fill my tray. Again maybe not perfect but I am fairly happy with how it turned out. Still a fair amout of work to go.

Judging by what your saying I would say starter as well. I had same problem once new battery and starter and good to go.
