    Would it work to back them out a little and then put some washers/spacers that have been opened so they can slide on. I already have the pipe in the ski.............. I've already had to take it out once to clear space.

    When installing the exhaust manifold on a factory limited b pipe, the two upper center bolts........ you put them in and then install the others and torque them. The upper two center bolts though don't look like they can be tightened. Are they supposed to be?? The washers are just jiggling...
