Hi all, I've picked up a skat track for my 550, but I've never changed an impeller on a 550 before. Is there a video anyone knows oft hat shows the proccess?

I assume ones made for a 650 would fit..I'm building this ski for my kid, would the help? I guess the make it carburet cleaner at low throttle openings, that seems good...?

Yes, this is how....I tapped out the spark plug hole to match a big slide hammer....slammed it about twenty times and got it to move...never came across something so stuck....I have a .060 piston to put in once I get it bored...has anyone done this before? Will I need to get the cases...

Yes, going to use a different cyl....

Didn't see that coming....

The piston moves fine, just can't break the cyl free... Tried PBS blaster, hammered a lot.drilled thru the casting to the studs, and put some lube in there....it's been soaking for some time, tried heat, air hammer...don't see how I could use a puller without pushing on the piston....any ideas?

How much for the Cdi?
