Here is my trailer, it's an over under with power lift, washdown pump, storage and locking cans. The front end of it separates so it stores in a very small area. Yes, it takes the turns fine! :)
I've sold my skis, so the trailer is for sale now.
yeah I broke my back 20 years ago so I totally hear you. This requires no lifting, the top ski is on a mechanism and it lowers in 15 seconds using a power lift. On a wireless remote control even! Totally sano setup with bearings on the linkages so no squeaks. Bearings are delrin, so no corrosion...
thanks for the comments, it's really a sweet trailer setup, I'm super pleased with it. The pics don't do it justice, the welds are impeccable as is the finish (hammertone blue) and it's just sano as all get out. By far the nicest trailer I've ever seen. Top ski is up and down in less than 15...
After recently moving from lakes and streams to ocean riding, I'm getting ready to improve my 2004 SXR. Today it's completely stock except for an Impros 10/16 Hooker set back impeller. It's on stock bore.
I just picked up a set of V-Force 2 reeds, Tau Ceti flame arrestors and factory dry pipe...
Ok so some interesting progress here:
1. double checked the carbs - all assembled correctly. Jets clean, etc - nothing obvious - assume the carbs are right.
2. Disconnected the return line - can blow thru fine - no obstructions.
3. tank check valve - works fine. Tank pressurizes when capped...
good point, but it's odd that both carbs are clogged up. could be I suppose. I'm leaning more towards a mistake on my part during reassembly of the fuel pump since that would cause an issue with both carbs where one carb might run a bit better or clear a bit but both of them completely clogged...
I have a bone stock Kawasaki 750SXI Pro.
With the ski in the water, the ski will die 5 seconds or so after starting. I can keep it going if I pop the choke on every ~3 seconds and then it will die again after 3-5 seconds if I don't blip the choke.
Good compression
Reeds are good
no obvious...
Looking to buy a trailer that can haul 2x standups and one 3 seater. Obviously I prefer local, but could use U-Ship if necessary for the right trailer.

Does anyone have any pix of an installed 300sx Mariner pipe? I have one (expansion pipe and head pipe) but I'm not sure the water routing and I think it needs a 3rd piece - a 1/2" thick plate between the head and the pipe for cooling.
The picture of the headpipe below is a kerker pipe and...
