Weird, I can't edit my last post with my phone. Dunno why I asked that, it clearly goes in between the pipe and waterbox. I've never heard of anyone installing one, I'll look into it. Can I buy one at any parts store? Which size do I need to buy?

Umm, I don't think I have a flow valve, not sure what that even is. I forget how the ebox is setup and wonder if I can somehow tie the heat sensor in with the bilge pumps. I'm currently at work and won't see the ski till later on.

The 135 jets came with it, but not the springs. I msg'd factory and they said that they usually don't come with the jets, but I ordered from blowsion, and they add the jets.

Awesome, thx for the reply. I'm gonna try bringing up the idle a bit to see what happens. I bought the dual cooling but I didn't install it yet since I heard I don't need it until I do the head/ flame arrestors... Is the overheat sensor the one that's on the stock head? I have it disconnected...

I did read the manual, and i understand that the idle and low speed adjuster affect each other. that's what i'm not really understanding. once i adjust the idle for a smooth idle, shouldn't the idle change once i play with the low? i'll try to adjust the idle when it's in the water with a load...

what do you mean by tune the low speed adjuster in the water on the trailer? do i have to pretend that i'm riding it while it's on the trailer or something? i thought i tuned the idle pretty good. sounds great and holds a nice idle, as for the low idle, i'm not really sure. i have it at 1...

Thx, i've read about that also but i'd like to avoid jb weld since i sometimes like to use the sprayer. I understand that i can drill it out, but i'm looking for something that i can just pull off when i want to use the sprayer and plug it when i don't.

Hey guys, i finally got the adjusters and 95g springs. But my question now is. How do i know when the adjusters are completely closed? do i turn till there's tension and that i can hear the spring make noises, or should it bottom out. I notice that they keep turning untill the crossbar touches...

drilled a pilot hole then used a screw and pulled them out with plyers edit:ended up having trouble with two of them, so i drilled a few holes in a straight line across the cap, then i used a flat head screw driver and broke them loose by turning the cap.

those hi and low settings where for the high and low speed screw, not the screws on the pipe for the pipe, he told me to set the bottom to half a turn and leave the top and middle closed since i'm in cold water

ok, i managed to get the caps out. i placed an order yesterday, bought adjusters for the high/low speed and a 95g spring. I msg'd wamiltons and he said that with the 95g spring, i should set the high to 1/2 and low to 1/2. What you guys think?

Sick ski dude

The factory pipe paperwork that i received said 1/2 turn on high and 1 1/4 on low. I guess i'll just need to try it out. I'm waiting to get the adjusters though since i heard it'll make things easy to tune.
