    Can you take a picture or scan of that in the manual? Also I have the pump out already and impeller is off. How do you measure that? From the tip of the shaft to the tunnel? Or where the tunnel end and down to the shaft?

    So I got a new impeller finely. I had to bash the old one off the a cold chisel and heat. I spun the new one in but it hits up the top of the jet unit I tryed shimming it at the back of the jet unit. I can get it to spin a bit but it always hits somewhere. Do these things need to wear in?     There is some wear on the shaft does not look major I don't think. Can't really see the bush all I can see is the seal is a bit stuffed

    Very helpfully... But how to tell what model ski you have? I mean the engine could have been swapped in its time? Also adding an exhaust and air filter would this drasticly change those fuel settings?

    Okay so I had the pump off today I bought the bolts and shims from the wreckers. However... After I removed the pump I found there were no shims. I cleaned off the corrosion off the pump mounts and tryed to fit the shims.. If I put the shims in it makes it worse! I'm thinking it's had a thick...

    Oh yeah I'll look around for one. I don't think it has a bump it almost looks like the housing is sitting to low and need to be lifted up some how? I havnt pulled it appart yet so I'm not sure how it works
