I am building my hitch hauler and had a couple questions on the measurements for those of you that have built yours or have one.
How long is the main tube?
How far inset is the pin hole for the hitch?
I need to make sure I have enough room to clear the spare tire on a jeep. TIA!
I used galvanized fence post and fabbed some brackets for them. Made them adjustable but never changed them out. Sold the trailer today to someone wanting to haul kayaks. Anyone have any pictures of pwc set ups for a stand up on the front of a double?
I originally wanted to keep as much of the hull together as I could, but once you start defoaming you will quickly want more space. Wire wheels are you friend! Many of my seals were also rotted.
I am in the middle of defoaming and have seen quite a few people use the pink construction foam which I think is the route I will be going. A good amount of people have also included a drain plug in the back in case water does get in again. This makes sense to me but then they use the 2 part...
Sitting here reading up while i'm recovering from my surgery I had this Wednesday for a completely torn ACL and a small tear in my meniscus. It really depends on how bad its messed up. Yeah, you can take them out and get back into the swing of things, but then your putting more stress on the...
Well went to a different office today and after a few hours they were able to hand me my titles with just the bill of sale. They had to send the HIN # to lansing and get them approved, but they came back clean and here they are. No hassle.
Chris Newmiller mcn6 on pwctoday, does some great work. Just sent him my 550 rebuild and it turned out great! He is extremely easy to work with and has better prices then i could find at any of my local machine shops...
Im a little confused with how they operate, but im sure thats normal. I went to them before I purchased the skis with the HIN numbers and asked them if they could look them up to see if they were stolen. They told me to bring a bill and sale and the HIN numbers as well as MC numbers if they had...
Hypothetically speaking, what if the boat was never registered? I know the chances of this are very small, but the DMV would have to look up the HIN numbers would they not? If they can't find any previous owners, wouldn't they allow me to register and title the boat with a BOS then?
How long ago did you do this? Perhaps they have changed yours too. That is how it used to be in Michigan but I "guess" they "changed" it about a month ago. I was in a decently small town when I tried, but I might just have to make my rounds to all the offices before I find one that will.
Hey Guys,
Just got back from the SOS and they say you cannot have just a bill of sale to get your watercraft registered and titled. Has anyone found a way around this yet? I bought 2 stands up at the end of last summer and waited until April to get them registered, and then I went in their...
