So, here's my big question: this will be on a stretch of beach owned/regulated by the city of Oceanside, not on Camp Pendleton, right? If so, are you considering north of the O-side pier or south? LOVE the idea, but hate the mandatory helmetage. But, if we can acquire our own little stretch...
