Finger to finger on my SXi Pro hull is 21"
However the hull you have your finger on doesn't appear to be an SXi hull since there's no rear exhaust outlet.
Let me know if you need anything else.
IMO the WB1 is the better choice for waves. We have one and out in Lake Michigan in 2-4 foot waves it's awesome. The WB II is just too big and heavy. Good luck!
So a few weeks back I had a new problem pop up with my '98 SXI Pro. After running hard on the throttle, letting off then hitting it again the ski acts like it wants to die. No power at all. If you work the throttle gently it will clear up and eventually run perfectly again.
Now here's the...
I'm starting the same process on our '99 Pro.
Any recommendations on aftermarket pistons to use and decent gasket kits?
This is the first rebuild on the ski as far as I know.
Thanks
I have a '99 Pro with a dried out stock exhaust (extra pisser overboard from the head before the water goes into the pipe). It helped somewhat on the power but not a huge improvement.
On our '98 Pro we have a milled stock head and the Factory Pipe. Unbelievable power difference compared to...
Hello all,
My friend just picked up a mint 2010 800 SXR, completely stock except for the intake and ride plate. It came with the Worx 222 grate and Worx 311 ride plate.
We're both used to riding modified 750 Sxi Pro's with the Worx 306 or R&D extended ride plate and are brand new to the 800...

I bought a strap that allows me to attach it to a vented bicycle helmet and that works but quite honestly I look really stupid wearing it around the lake!
Looking for some tips on the best way to...
Hey everyone,
We're headed over to Claybanks tomorrow and Sat to do some wave jumping (hopefully) and camping.
How was the boat ramp down at the park this year?
I heard the beach at the campground has kind of disappeared?
Hope to make it out to Wave Rave next year.

Supposedly 100% stock.
My question is what was the stock compression at sea level for the '09?
Also any other obvious flaws to look for?
Thanks!
Figured it out. I replaced the fuel lines, carb to tank return line and the crankcase pulse line (or vacuum line, not sure what it's really called, the line from the cases to the carb).
The pulse line was hard/cracked causing a poor seal at the cases. I believe that was the culprit.
We rode...
