Been awhile since ive been on here... I have a 88 650sx that has a starting problem... Spark seems weak... I have the killswitch off of it as im typing this... So i know its not that... Yesterday i took off the flywheel and inspected everything visually... Looks good... Im looking for specs on...

i saw about a couple months ago a thread that had a mod for a do it yourself internal fuel fill mod... its going to be on my 650sx and i remember that i was going to have to drill 2 holes in my tank and buy some brass fittings from home depot and a length of tube for "on" and "reserve"...

so i have been reading a ton about doing this and finally got the nerves to do it... i do have some questions about the original foam and what its supposed to be like compared to what its not supposed to be like... my foam looks ok but idk what the consistency is supposed to be so before i go...
