Whos done one, what tips and advise do you have and what silicone did you use/did you like the result? Was thinking of using pool gap sealer, the real soft stuff. Might just pour in and compress enough without sitting the hood on while it cures.
The way I see it is these things have been out long enough, and are cheap enough on mr.Craigs manifest for more than one of you guys to have completed a good swap. First ace wavejammer wins....nothing
so this is random but what kind so stainless steel are the yami driveshafts? I'm a farrier who likes making knives and happen to have stripped a shaft or two over the years...
Its been a slow assembly but I finally got my old sj swapped into my first am ski. I bought the viva tessa rok, its a bit flashy but very impressive paint work. I swapped into it a 83m bore 62t/61x twin 38 mod pipe motor with stock sj pump with 10/16 hooker and it came with a modified worx 206...
Before you say weld it, its packed with sand and before I had time to clean it the spring turned cold then hot again. Does anyone have a head pipe?? Ill give you mine to mess with even.
dumb question but how much will going from a limited to a mod chamber change the tune of the carbs? im running a 62t/61x mild port, stock 38s at 83m cyl bore, 180psi. its all going into a rok and space/fuel accommodations are the reason for going to the smaller chamber. its jetted currently per...
I have a ltd chamber, need a mod chamber. Before i cut mine who wants to trade with me? Pm and we can exchange numbers for pics. Been welded on hull wall side.
I know someone is ready for a change and that some one has a hord of a/m goodness that I do not. You know you can let something go. Id be looking for more of a surf freeride hull as complete as possible.

Ate some water got the ski to land and running 15 mins later but was a dog. Had no power. Compression is now 160 in each hole where it was 180 before. Front cyl has no carbon at all and piston looks steam cleaned, rear has carbon build up. No scoring and the pistons move freely. I had 3 tanks...
If it gets deleted or you cant see it its a 650sx "with a 800 big bore kit", is it even possible to punch a 650 out to 800?? and if so why would it be worth it?? http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/boa/3701230709.html
first off, can the wear ring be replaced in the housing if the ring has bubbled? secondly, could it be nikasil plated? i know nothing about the process of plating a cylinder but i would imagine it could be possible and then you would be less likely to get a bubble in the housing.
this is my first build thread so i got a jump start before starting the thread. I picked up an '05 rn from member skyler up in NY. we met up at the brig freeride and pulled his parts on the beach. I was less than easy to deal with thru the whole process of buying the hull and he was very much...
got a ported(unknown) 61x cyl(81.5m bore) with broken off exh studs and two helicoils so, i got 83mm pistons and dropped the cyl off today at powerseal usa. a local cyl repair shop. they are going to bore and hone to 83m bore and drill and tap the exh to 62t thread size. my current setup is a...

http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/boa/3411519815.html i found a blaster i sold a year and a half ago, the picture is my picture, my truck, my ghetto cart, my reg. I repaired a huge hole in the nose of this ski when i got it and the red pipe i got for 50 bucks and was miraculously holding...
got my first RN hull, real stoked on it. got if from a member, shortened, reinforced, 24/7 hood. Im getting a umi pole for it from a buddy, my question is, can you run pole breathers on the umi pole? will you get enough air flow?
