ok so i got a 96 yesterday :Banane09: not sure what to do with this valve on top of the head. plug it? run it as another pisser? (hull has two pisser outlets) and what about this valve? the previous owner must have removed the gas on/off valve completely. should i just plug it?

not sure how to go about fixing this crack on my rear bondline. just bought this 90 superjet and took it out once so far. was inspecting the hull and saw this crack under the plastic railcaps. someone tried what seems to be silicone to fix it. decided to tip it up on its rear and sure enough...
