Just started her for about 10 seconds, turned her off and noticed a bunch of oil falling off the ride plate and out of the nozzle...is she dead?

how do i get the on/off switch off the stock bars properly? i went to change out the stock setup with some umi bars, throttle and grips and figured id ask before breaking it in two...

Ive taken it out twice, both times it had about 1-11/2 inches of water in the hull when im done. Im in the process of installing a solid bilge setup, but that aside, should the ski be taking on water like this, or is this reasonable? thanx
