Who here with a 650/x2 pump swap has installed a lever for the trim? How'd did you go about it? What parts did you use and any pics would be helpful. I have my pump our right now and think it's time to get rid of the adjustable fixed trim and hook up a lever like it should be.

Yep. Got it started today. Removed the pump and pump shoe, did some of the grinding on the 650 pump, and even some of the grinding/reshaping done on the hull. Tomorrow I'll get the pump mounting surface level. More grinding and some glassing. Still need to order new bearings, send the bearing...

Well in 2 1/2 days of practicing them, I went from nonexistant nose stab attempts to these. No set up wake because I suck at making and timing them. I'll spend some time this Friday practicing setups though.
