I was taking my motor mounts out to put my kenneys in and one bolt was bein stubborn. I worked it with some heat and nice and slow but th SOB sheared off even with the insert so i have no way of grabbin it to get it out. What is the best way to get this out wittout damaging the insert...

I am installing my new ADA head and in my yamaha manual it says to apply Loctite 572. Two questions: 1) ADA directions do not say to use it, so do I? 2) What is it, I have been on Loctites website and cannot find it for chit Okay 3: what have you guys done or used in this install. Thanks.

I am puttin on my ADA girdled head and just noticed somthin. Dont know if it was new on the 08 (never seen it before), i have a braket that comes off between the carbs and FA that attaches to the stock head. Question, do i just remove this or what???

I am ordering my ADA girdled head and wanted to make sure that i should get 35cc domes ( i have a stock 08SJ) so that i can stay with pump gas. Is this right? Also do i need the extra ehaust bracket if i am puttin on a FP B pipe? Thanks ahead of time guys.

I am about to glass in my footholds. Never worked with glass before so i did a practice piece last night on a cutout. Does this look alright besides the extra resin around the edges? Thanks again.

I have my Klowners expoxied in and holes drilled for foam but do not know how much to poor in? I dont want to have a volcano of foam flowin through my garage and this is my first foohold install. Anybody have any ideas on the amount? Also should i glass or foam first? Thanks
