I couldn't find any pics of the fx1 plate cut, so I winged it. I thought it would be good to stop just short of the first rib and so ended up not quite a half circle (just freehanded till it looked right)

I've read a few posts here saying to use a heat gun to form hydroturf. Well...good thing I'm bright enough to do a test. With gun on high the hydroturf almost instantly turned to charcoal. :banghead: On low it discolored it got brittle. It just tore in two when trying to strech it.. :frown...

Can someone tell me the pros/cons of running a handpole breather vs retaining the stock boot? I dont need a breather but on the other hand I dont want to spend an extra 25 on a bushing if there is no point to it. Is that breather hose all you need...
