I have 2 sets of 44 mikuni ... one set has 4 transfer holes in the bore and the other set has 3 transfer holes in the carb bore and which would be the preferred carbs to use as a dual set... and why is there a difference in these carbs

During my eng build I removed the 2 brass fittings on the bottom of the B-pipe manifold and found this . I never thought of this Chinesse trick to save money !! the threaded end is drilled less than 1/4'' @ .200 inch and the barb end was .280 the elbow has way lesss brass...
